True Photonic is engineering the foundational infrastructure for a world that no longer scales on silicon.
True Photonic is engineering the foundational infrastructure for a world that no longer scales on silicon.
Our data centers are designed from first principles around photonic logic, not electricity. By leveraging femtosecond switching speeds, optical logic gates, and light-based storage architectures, we are enabling a new class of cloud infrastructure—one that delivers exponential computational density with radically diminished energy overhead.
At the core is the Poovey Switch, a light-actuated transistor operating at 175 femtoseconds per event, paired with a fully optical logic stack. This architecture displaces the heat, latency, and inefficiency inherent in electron-based systems, allowing compute, storage, and interconnect to converge in a medium optimized for speed and scale: light.
The implications are significant. Not evolutionary, but architectural.
Our approach enables:
True Photonic is not in the business of iteration. We are building the first compute platform designed for the AI-native, sustainability-constrained, and geopolitically fragmented world ahead.
This is infrastructure that doesn’t stretch yesterday’s limits.
It sets tomorrow’s standard.
We aren’t just enabling faster systems—we’re enabling safer, more intelligent decision-making at every level.
We design and deploy the next generation of data centers—photonic infrastructure capable of executing logic, storage, and compute in light. Our role is not to optimize legacy systems, but to establish a new foundation for global-scale computing—one that dramatically expands what’s possible in AI, science, cloud services, and beyond.
With performance measured in femtoseconds and energy use reduced by orders of magnitude, our work enables more than scale—it enables a new class of applications, devices, and economies.
As global compute demand accelerates beyond the limits of silicon, the constraints of traditional infrastructure are no longer technical—they are ecological, economic, and geopolitical. The world does not merely need more data centers; it requires an entirely new architecture for processing, storing, and scaling intelligence.
True Photonic matters because we are building that architecture.
By executing logic, storage, and interconnect at the speed of light—within a sovereign, non-extractive framework—we unlock exponential compute without compounding cost or environmental impact. We offer a credible path to meet global zetta-scale demand while reshaping cloud infrastructure into a durable, exportable American asset.
In an era defined by intelligence, power shifts to those who can deliver it—cleanly, securely, and at scale.

At True Photonic, Inc., a WolvertonBailey Company, we envision a computing future no longer bound by the material constraints of silicon. By advancing a fully photonic architecture, we aim to establish a new standard for speed, efficiency, and sustainability—enabling a global infrastructure that processes intelligence at near light speeds while dramatically reducing its ecological footprint.
To deliver the world’s first scalable photonic computing infrastructure—replacing electron-based systems with light-speed logic, storage, and interconnect. Our mission is to establish photonic computing not as a laboratory breakthrough, but as a deployed, sovereign, and sustainable foundation for the next era of global intelligence.

TruePhotonic, Inc., a WolvertonBailey Company, Founded in 2024, was established to build the first generation of photonic data centers—designed not only to meet the world’s accelerating compute demands, but to position high-performance infrastructure as a strategic, non-extractive export for the United States. Our mandate is clear: to advance photonic computing from breakthrough to backbone.
Since inception, we have successfully self-funded our research and development, demonstrating our strength and commitment to advancing photonic computing. This financial independence has allowed us to expand our team, develop the Poovey-Switch prototype, and build the foundation for large-scale production.
We successfully developed our first working prototype of the Poovey-Switch, conducting multiple tests that confirmed its average switching speed of 175 femtoseconds—demonstrating the feasibility and immense potential of light-based computing. With this breakthrough, we are now building a dedicated foundry to begin large-scale production of photonic processors.
To ensure American leadership in next-generation computing, we are building a U.S.-based photonic compute infrastructure that will power AI, blockchain, and cloud industries. Our SCIF-secured data centers will house Poovey-based photonic processors, ensuring high-speed, low-carbon computing remains under U.S. control. As we scale, a compute credit – compute-as-a-service model will enable global access to this technology, allowing enterprises to stake for compute power while ensuring sovereign, secure infrastructure remains in American hands.
Move over big silicon chips. Our infrastructure is built for sustainability from the ground up — photonic systems eliminate heat, cut energy use by up to 90%, and deliver high-performance computing with a near-zero carbon footprint.
Housed in U.S.-controlled SCIF facilities, our photonic data centers will deliver secure, high-speed compute as a service — without exporting hardware, IP, or energy-intensive products. It’s a new kind of American super export: non-extractive, infrastructure-based, and built entirely on light.
Engineered for next-generation workloads, our photonic platform can scale to meet 10 zettaflops of global demand—delivering high-performance compute for AI, simulation, and science with a fraction of the energy and carbon footprint of traditional data centers.applications.
