Revolutionizing Computing
At TruePhotonic, Inc., a WolvertonBailey Company, we envision a world where computing transcends the limitations of silicon, harnessing the power of light to create faster, more efficient, and environmentally sustainable systems.
Our mission is to lead the charge in photonic computing, pioneering Poovey-based processors that operate at 175 femtoseconds per switch, unlocking 1,000× faster speeds while consuming 90% less energy than traditional electronics.
Through PCC, the world’s first compute-backed digital asset, we are building a new computing economy—one where enterprises, AI labs, and blockchain networks stake PCC to access next-generation photonic processing power. As cloud costs soar and AI demand skyrockets, PCC will serve as the key to a limitless, low-carbon computing future.
TruePhotonic isn’t just building the next generation of computing—we’re redefining how the world processes data.

Our Journey
Key Achievements Over Time
Foundation
TruePhotonic, Inc., a WolvertonBailey Company, was founded in 2025 to revolutionize computing through photonic processing.photonic compute infrastructurePCC as the gateway to access it,a new era of ultra-fast, energy-efficient computing
First Prototype
We successfully developed our first working prototype of the Poovey-Switch, conducting multiple tests that confirmed its average switching speed of 175 femtoseconds—demonstrating the feasibility and immense potential of light-based computing. With this breakthrough, we are now building a dedicated foundry to begin large-scale production of photonic processors.
Funding Round
Since inception, we have successfully self-funded our research and development, demonstrating our strength and commitment to advancing photonic computing. This financial independence has allowed us to expand our team, develop the Poovey-Switch prototype, and build the foundation for large-scale production. As we move forward, the PCC token will serve as the linchpin for future development, enabling a decentralized, compute-backed economy that funds the expansion of photonic processing infrastructure and drives the next evolution of computing.
Expanding U.S.-Based Photonic Compute Infrastructure
To ensure American leadership in next-generation computing, we are building a U.S.-based photonic compute infrastructure that will power AI, blockchain, and cloud industries. Our SCIF-secured data centers will house Poovey-based photonic processors, ensuring high-speed, low-carbon computing remains under U.S. control. As we scale, PCC will enable global access to this technology, allowing enterprises to stake for compute power while ensuring sovereign, secure infrastructure remains in American hands.
